We have been married for 33 years and have enjoyed ministry together in Illinois, California, and west Michigan. We love to travel, eat Japanese food, and help churches with their programs.
Our newest priority is spending time with our darling grandsons, Braden (3 1/2 years), Joshua (2 years) and the newest additon to the team, Carter (1 year).
Jay's present role in the local church is LifeStage Pastor, overseeing a paid team of twelve children's and student ministry leaders. His passion is to invest in leaders through coaching, encouraging their growth. His parachurch relationships have included consulting for Cook Communications, moderating for Leadership Network, serving as an adjunct professor at Vanguard University in Southern Californina and touring with four national children's ministry organizations. He is a regular contributer to Group's Children's Ministry Professional Edition.
Donna has been involved in ministry with Jay in a variety of areas. She coaches women in ministry and is the Creative Director for a team of artists at Starry Host Design, providing services for children's ministry facility design and environments. Check it out at www.starryhostdesign.com
