Throughout my life I have been influenced by some amazing people.  Positive, innovative, forward thinking friends and business associates have literally shaped my ministry identity.

My first mentor was a Sunday School teacher in PA (Steeler country) known as "Corky."  He invested time in our relationship, he challenged me to trust God and dream big!  I am grateful for his influence. 

I love helping others process ministry ideas and I'm passionate about challenging them toward growth as I continue to invest myself in learning about leadership, ministry methods, management and team life.

I have been coaching ministry leaders and consulting with churches for more than two decades.
