I have spent my life in ministry to children and investing in leaders both within the local church and ministry leaders nationwide.  It is my passion! 

I love to come alongside leaders who may need a coach or encouragement for implementing new ideas or developing a plan for better ministry and life balance.  Or perhaps they need a fresh perspective on recruiting, team design, upgrading their program or the facility they use. And when it's time to make a ministry transition, we offer assistance.  We provide a variety of approaches to assist the children's ministry leader or the church that may need to hire a children's pastor.
